I adopted 3 new kids on my birthday

Share good great things

It’s never too late to do Good Great Things.

I felt very special on my birthday as I celebrated it very differently this time. I used to celebrate my birthday in a normal way like cutting the cake, party with friends and going for a long drive.

Like every other year I was also thinking to do something good on my birthday, but this time I was firm that I will definitely do some good rather than just partying or cake cutting.

Hence, I have adopted three little kids

  1. Badam
  2. Indian Beech
  3. Neem

Their name sounds a little different, right? yes, these are special kids, these are 3 saplings which I planted on my birthday. I felt really elated while planting on my birthday.

Also, I pledged to look after these trees, because there is no point planting trees if they are not looked after regularly. So I decided to plant them at a maintained place, near to my house.

We all must plant trees on every possible occasion. Why not celebrate birthdays by planting a birthday tree and see your birthday tree growing as you grow.

I believe it’s never too late for good work. Now I am highly motivated and have plan to do many more tree plantation like this.

As the Good Great Things team always says that, happiness spread if you share. The same happened while I was planting trees. Local kids also joined in and they were also motivated with my effort.

I also thanks Kaveri madam who is a nature lover and social activist, who helped me in getting these saplings.
